House of Yuen Reopens With a New Concept

House of Yuen is proud to announce the reopening of its doors at Fairmont Jakarta with a reimagined concept that honours the depth of Cantonese culinary tradition while embracing the sensibilities of the modern fine-dining guest.

Since our founding in 2015, we have been guided by a singular philosophy: that great Cantonese cuisine is inseparable from great hospitality. This reopening marks not a departure from that belief, but a deeper commitment to it.

Our culinary team has spent months refining a menu that draws directly from the legacy of the Yuen family — a family that has been at the forefront of Hong Kong's Cantonese dining scene since 1969. Every dish has been reconsidered from the ground up, balancing classical technique with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

The dining room itself has been thoughtfully refreshed. Warm lacquered tones, hand-selected tableware, and soft ambient lighting create an environment befitting the occasion — whether an intimate dinner for two or a celebratory banquet for twelve in one of our private rooms.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the table.
